Adventure Outdoors Tongariro run a Professional Guiding Service on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
Tongariro Alpine Guides, Local Experienced and Fun! Our Guided Tours are run all year round.
We offer Winter Guiding on the Tongariro Crossing and Summer Guiding on Tongariro Crossing.
On all of our tours Equipment & Transport will be provided.
Guided Tours on the Tongariro Crossing operate daily (Weather dependant)
A Guided tour is a great way to experience the Tongariro National Park.
We provide gear and Transport from National Park Village, Whakapapa Village, Turangi and Taupo. Our Guides are Local Fun and Full of knowledge! A hot cuppa tea will be provided for you on top of the mountain. A hearty kiwi lunch can be provided also. During the winter months the Tongariro Alpine Crossing is covered in snow so a Winter Guided Tour on the Tongariro Crossing is highly advisable.
Prepare your self for an early start, a big walk and a world class amazing adventure.
Tours operate daily (Weather dependent) We update our booking lines at 2pm daily once we know the updated weather forecast for the next day.
You will need to provide lunch, at least 2 ltrs of water, Sunglasses & Sunscreen.
Bring your normal tramping, and hiking gear if you have it, and we will provide all equipment gear you dont. This includes: Tramping Boots, Windstopper Fleece pants / Jackets / Over trouses.Feel free to call and ask questions
