Adventure Outdoors Tongariro offer a safety management service to help you and your staff manage your camp.
We can assist with the pre-trip planning and are available throughout the camp to help your staff make decisions is regards to safety.
(ie: monitor river levels / check weather forecasts, manage logisitcs etc).
We are Outdoors NZ certified and have a concession through the Department of Conservation to run the following:
-Tongariro Alpine Crossing and/or local shorter walks
-Caving (Okupata Dropshaft Tongariro Forest)
-Evening Tours (Caving /Bonfire & Glow worms)
-Inflatable Kayak Tours (Half-Day or Full day)
- These trips can be run on the lake which is great for beginner kayakers. (Flat water) (Minimum age 8years) or we have the Whakapapa River which has a good fun grade 2-3 section (Minimum age 13years). We also have the Whanganui River which is a grade 1-2 (Minimum age 8years)
